What are the Parts of Reflow Oven

1. The PCBs are passed through the reflow oven through the transportation system. The transportation system is mainly composed of transportation guide rails, transmission sprocket, chain and transmission mesh belt.
Using chain network transmission, the driving device is installed at the exit of the furnace. The driving device includes a driving motor, a driving shaft, a driving chain and a sprocket, a guide screw and other rail transportation components.
2. Composition of temperature zone in reflow oven
The reflow soldering furnace body is mainly composed of an inlet, a preheating zone, a heat preservation zone, a reflow zone and a cooling zone. With the guide rail as the center, the upper and lower temperature zones circulate independently and control the temperature independently. The airflow in each individual temperature zone is accelerated, pressurized and heated, and acts evenly on the upper and lower sides of the PCB through the rectifier plate. All heating zones of reflow soldering have two heating modules on top and bottom, which circulate independently and control temperature independently. Each temperature zone adopts the same modular structure, which is easy to maintain and replace.
3. Reflow soldering cooling zone
The reflow soldering cooling zone is a specially made cooling module after the reflow zone, and an external chiller can achieve efficient cooling.
When the nitrogen device is selected, dual cooling zone cooling is adopted: the gas cooled by heat exchange is applied to the PCB board from above through the water-cooled heat exchanger, cooling fan and air curtain at the outlet. After the PCB board is forced to cool in the cooling zone, it is sent to the outside of the furnace by the transportation system to complete the reflow soldering.
