How to Quickly Operate SMT Reflow Oven

SMT Reflow Oven

1. Check whether there is any sundries in the equipment, do a good job of cleaning, and after ensuring safety, turn it on, select the production program to turn on the temperature setting.

2. The width of the reflow soldering rail should be adjusted according to the width of the PCB. The air transport, mesh belt transport, and cooling fan should be turned on.

3. The temperature control of the reflow machine has the highest lead (245±5)℃, the temperature of the lead-free product tin furnace is controlled at (255±5)℃, and the preheating temperature is 80℃110℃. Strictly control the computer parameter settings of the reflow soldering machine according to the parameters given by the welding production process, and record the reflow soldering machine parameters on time every day.

4. Turn on the temperature zone switches in order, and when the temperature rises to the set temperature, you can start to pass, PCB, board, and pay attention to the direction of the board. Ensure that the distance between two consecutive plates of the conveyor belt is not less than 10mm.

5. Adjust the width of the reflow conveyor belt to the corresponding position. The width and flatness of the conveyor belt are consistent with the circuit board. Check the batch number of the material to be processed and related technical requirements.

6. The small reflow soldering machine must not be too long and the temperature is too high to cause copper and platinum blistering; the solder joints must be smooth and bright, and the circuit board must be tinned; the poorly soldered circuit must be repeated, and the second Proceed after cooling

7. Wear gloves to pick up the soldered PCB and only touch the edge of the PCB. Check 10 samples per hour to check the bad conditions and record them. During the production process, if it is found that the parameters cannot meet the production requirements and cannot adjust the parameters by oneself, the technician must be notified immediately.

8. Measure temperature: insert the sensor into the receiving socket of the tester one by one, turn on the power switch of the tester, put the tester in the reflow soldering and reflow soldering with the old PCB board, take it out and use the computer to read the tester is reflowed The temperature recorded during the soldering process is the original temperature profile of the reflow soldering machine.

9. Sort the welded boards by order number, name, etc. To prevent bad mixing.

Precautions for reflow soldering operations

1. Do not touch the mesh belt during the operation, and do not let water or oily objects fall into the furnace to prevent burns.

2. During the welding operation, ventilation should be ensured to prevent air pollution. The exhaust pipe should be open to the outside of the window. The operator should wear work clothes and masks.

3. Frequently inspect the heating wire to avoid aging and leakage.

4. In order to ensure personal safety, the operator must remove the brand and ornaments, and the sleeves must not be too loose.

5. Do not set the temperature zone and speed of reflow soldering at will.
